Pasta Salad


  • 1lb Bowtie Pasta
  • 3tbsp Vinegar (Apple cider, sherry, or balsamic)
  • 1tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Basil olive oil
  • 25 basil leaves chopped
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 16 oz fresh mozzarella diced
  • Salt & pepper


Step One

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse. 

Step Two

  • In a bowl, whisk vinegar, mustard, garlic, olive oil, & a dash salt and pepper.

Step Three

  • Add basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, & pasta to bowl and toss.
