- 1lb Bowtie Pasta
- 3tbsp Vinegar (Apple cider, sherry, or balsamic)
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Basil olive oil
- 25 basil leaves chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
- 16 oz fresh mozzarella diced
- Salt & pepper
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
- In a bowl, whisk vinegar, mustard, garlic, olive oil, & a dash salt and pepper.
- Add basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, & pasta to bowl and toss.
