Ice Cream


  • 1 cup light cream or half & half

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup Blue Raspberry Hip Syrups

  • Ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup rock salt


Step One

  • Measure the cream, sugar, and Hip Syrups into a quart size plastic bag. Zip tightly.

Step Two

  • Fill a gallon size plastic bag with ice and salt. Put the smaller sealed bag into this bag. Zip up the large bag.

Step Three

  • Shake the bag to make the ice cream. Shake for about 5 minutes or until ice cream is hard.
