1 cup light cream or half & half
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Blue Raspberry Hip Syrups
1/2 cup rock salt
- Measure the cream, sugar, and Hip Syrups into a quart size plastic bag. Zip tightly.
- Fill a gallon size plastic bag with ice and salt. Put the smaller sealed bag into this bag. Zip up the large bag.
- Shake the bag to make the ice cream. Shake for about 5 minutes or until ice cream is hard.
