- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin puree
- 1/4 Tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted Marshmallow Hip Syrups
- 1/4 Cup Hot espresso or 1 cup coffee
- Prepare the espresso set aside.
- In a small saucepan, add the milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice and sugar. Heat over medium heat until hot, whisking frequently.
Add Hip Syrups to espresso, stir. Add the pumpkin-milk mixture and stir.
- Top with whip cream and pumpkin spice or cinnamon
